Quick Bayt

Quick Bayt by ENVU contains Imidacloprid 0.5% w/w, an insecticidal active ingredient formulated as an attractive granular fly bait. Instead of spraying an entire infested area, the product is prepared as a paint-like paste and applied only at selected fly-resting locations.

The bait’s attractive colour and enticing aroma encourage houseflies to land and feed on the treated strips. After ingesting the bait, susceptible flies are knocked down within a few minutes. This targeted application helps control flies over a wider area while reducing unnecessary pesticide application on surrounding surfaces.

Quick Bayt is suitable for professional fly-management programmes around homes, commercial premises, food-handling facilities, food factories and food-preparation environments, provided it is applied only in approved locations and does not come into contact with food, feed or food-contact surfaces.

Mixing and Application

For paint-on application:

• Mix 200 g of Quick Bayt with approximately 150 ml of warm water, or
• Mix 25 g of Quick Bayt with approximately 20 ml of water for a smaller treatment quantity.
• Stir thoroughly until a smooth, thick, paint-like paste is formed.
• Apply the prepared paste with a paintbrush in small strips on surfaces where flies frequently rest or move.
• Place the strips in discreet, protected locations that are inaccessible to children and animals.

Always confirm the exact dilution, application quantity and treatment interval on the original ENVU label before use.

Quick Bayt is classified as very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Prevent the product, paste, wash water and empty packaging from entering drains, ponds, surface water or groundwater. Dispose of unused material and packaging according to applicable local regulations.
