At Nook & Nature, we believe that no space is too small for a garden. Founded by Neha Kunal Deshmukh
I grow up watching my father balance a government job with his passion for farming, I learned early on how a single seed—whether it be orange, watermelon, or green chili—could transform a piece of land. Today, we bring that same agricultural expertise and passion to your doorstep, helping you turn your flats and balconies into thriving green sanctuaries.

Our Journey:
A Timeline of Growth
* The Roots (Childhood): My journey began in the fields of Dongerkinhi, learning the rhythm of the seasons alongside my father.
* The Partnership (2019 – 2020): After marrying Kunal, who runs a Krushi Kendra (SHREE AGRO AGENCIES), I began diving deep into the technical side of agriculture, learning the business from the ground up starting November 11, 2020.
* The Exploration (2023 – 2024): Before launching, I spent two years traveling across India to ensure the highest quality for our customers:
* Khurja (UP): Studied the art of ceramic pottery.
* Delhi: Observed rotomolding manufacturing for durable pots.
* Kolkata & Pune: Explored world-class nurseries to master plant care and preservation.
* The Launch (January 2025): Nook & Nature was officially born, offering a curated range of exotic plants, organic seeds, specialized soil mixes, and ergonomic tools.

Sandip joined the Nook and Nature and Shree Agro family in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of diverse experience. Sandip is a true “jack of all trades” who understands the value of hard work, regardless of the industry.

Before joining us, Sandip honed his skills in various sectors, from the technical precision of ink stamp manufacturing to the high-energy environment of a call center. He even spent time in the retail world, managing fruit sales, where he learned the importance of quality produce and direct customer service.
This varied background has given Sandip a unique perspective on service. He knows how to communicate effectively, solve problems quickly, and handle every product with the care it deserves.

Yash joined our journey in 2019, stepping into the agricultural world during the incredibly challenging onset of the pandemic. Despite the “bad phase” the world was facing, Yash brought dedication and a drive to learn that helped us navigate those tough times together.

Under the mentorship and guidance of Kunal Deshmukh, Yash didn’t just gain work experience—he flourished academically and professionally. During his time with us, he successfully completed his B.Sc. in Agriculture, blending his formal education with the practical, hands-on expertise gained at the agency.
