Brigata RTU

Brigata RTU by ENVU is a convenient, ready-to-apply insecticide developed for controlling common household flying and crawling pests. Its dual-active formulation combines Deltamethrin and Allethrin, two pyrethroid insecticides that act on the insect nervous system.

The product provides rapid knockdown against exposed pests, while its flushing action helps drive cockroaches and other insects out of their hiding places. Because Brigata RTU is supplied in a ready-to-use liquid form, it does not need to be diluted or mixed before application.

Apply Brigata RTU directly to approved household surfaces and pest-resting or movement areas, strictly according to the instructions printed on the original ENVU product label.

Recommended Application Areas

Brigata RTU may be applied to approved pest-resting, hiding and movement areas inside houses, such as:

• Cracks and crevices
• Wall and floor junctions
• Corners and structural gaps
• Areas behind or underneath furniture
• Areas behind household appliances
• Cockroach harbourages
• Housefly-resting surfaces
• Mosquito-resting locations

Do not apply to food, utensils, food-contact surfaces, bedding, people, pets or other locations prohibited by the original label.

Recommended Dosage

Apply Brigata RTU at:

25–50 ml per square metre

This provides approximately:

22.5–45 mg of total active ingredients per square metre.

Brigata RTU is already prepared for use. Do not dilute it with water or oil.

Application Instructions

1. Read the complete product label before application.
2. Inspect the premises and identify insect hiding, resting and movement areas.
3. Wear suitable protective gloves, clothing and eye protection.
4. Pour the required quantity into appropriate application equipment.
5. Apply the product uniformly at 25–50 ml per square metre.
6. Concentrate treatment on cracks, crevices, corners and protected pest harbourages.
7. Avoid excessive application, dripping and runoff.
8. Keep children, pets and unauthorised people away during treatment.
9. Ventilate the treated area and follow the label’s re-entry instructions.
10. Wash hands, exposed skin and application equipment thoroughly after use.

How Brigata RTU Works

Deltamethrin and Allethrin belong to the pyrethroid group of insecticides. They interfere with normal nerve-signal transmission in susceptible insects, resulting in rapid knockdown, paralysis and control. The combination also provides flushing action that helps bring hidden insects into contact with the treatment.

Important Safety Instructions

• Avoid swallowing the product or inhaling the spray mist.
• Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and clothing.
• Wear protective gloves and goggles during handling and application.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.
• Keep away from children, food, beverages and animal feed.
• Do not spray in closed or poorly ventilated confined spaces.
• Keep away from flames, sparks, heat and other ignition sources; the safety data sheet lists a flash point above 35°C.
• Wash contaminated clothing separately before reuse.
• Store tightly closed in its original labelled container.

Environmental Precautions

Brigata RTU is highly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply near aquariums, fish tanks, ponds, drinking-water sources or other water bodies. Prevent spills, spray liquid and equipment wash water from entering drains or surface water.

First Aid

• Inhalation: Move the affected person to fresh air and obtain medical assistance.
• Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water for at least 15 minutes.
• Eye contact: Rinse carefully with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
• Swallowing: Rinse the mouth, do not induce vomiting and seek immediate medical attention.

Carry the original product container or label when seeking medical treatment. The safety data sheet states that there is no specific antidote and treatment should be symptomatic under medical supervision.

Important Notice
