Gymnocalycium mihanovichii, or Chin Cactus, is a small, slow-growing, solitary South American cactus (native to Paraguay/Argentina) known for its flattened, rib-heavy, grayish-green or brownish body. It is famous for its bright, chlorophyll-less red/yellow cultivars, often grafted as “Moon Cactus,” and features muted green-yellow flowers that barely open.
