Rainy Daisy – Dimorphotheca Glistening White Seeds

The term “Rainy Daisy” refers to Dimorphotheca pluvialis, a species of daisy also called the Cape rain-daisy, which is native to South Africa and Namibia. The name is also a reference to its appearance, with the flowers opening fully and turning towards the sky after rain.

White or yellowish petals that can have blue or purple markings, particularly on the undersides and near the center. The central disc flowers are often white or yellowish with purple tips.

Winter Season (October to February): This is the ideal time to sow Dimorphotheca seeds in India, as the plant thrives in mild and cool temperatures. Spring and Autumn (February to April and October to November): For optimal growth and bloom, sow the seeds during the spring and autumn months.
